About Nikita Transphase

Nikita Transphase Adducts Private Limited was incorporated in 1992 to supply cost-effective, quality chemicals to the rubber industry. Over the years, Nikita Transphase has evolved into a source of innovative, customer-specific solutions, and the NIKITA brand has come to represent reliability and is well recognised in the rubber industry.

Nikita Transphase is also a major worldwide supplier of Denatonium Benzoate, an aversive agent, which is exported directly and indirectly to Europe, Australia and the United States.

Manufacturing

We manufacture at three units in MIDC Tarapur, Maharashtra.

• Unit 1Antioxidants, bitterants, quaternary ammonium compounds, wax emulsions and construction chemicals. Eight SS 316 reactors of 1.5 to 2.5 KL, tray driers, filtration and homogenising equipment, with a laboratory for analysis, product development and quality control.
• Unit 2Hindered phenolic antioxidants, styrenated phenols and styrenated diphenylamine with their dispersions and emulsions; quaternary ammonium compounds; methanol-formaldehyde solutions. Stirred tank and loop reactors from 1 to 5 KL and bulk storage of over 120 KL. Laboratory with Agilent GCs, HPLC and a Brookfield viscometer.
• Unit 3Quaternary ammonium compounds, bitterants, polyols, dispersions and emulsions. SS reactors from 5 to 12 KL, a 5 KL glass-lined reactor, distillation columns and a zero liquid discharge (ZLD) plant.
